For your safety and our platform's absolute security, we meticulously log critical access data. This includes your IP addresses, SHA-256 hashed Hardware IDs (HWIDs), Discord account identifiers, user agents, and timestamped security events. We use this data strictly to enforce access rules, rapidly detect abuse, and permanently block malicious actors from our ecosystem.
Key Revocation & Termination
We reserve the absolute right to revoke access keys, hardware IDs, and ban user accounts at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Common reasons for immediate, irreversible revocation include: bypassing our security systems, sharing or selling keys, abusive behavior, using exploits, or any violation of these terms. VividHub retains total discretion over who is granted access to our service.
No Refunds
All purchases, keys, and transactions are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for revoked keys, banned accounts, or any downtime. By purchasing or claiming a key, you acknowledge and unconditionally accept this absolute no-refund policy.
Reserved Rights
VividHub is provided "as is" and we reserve all rights to modify, suspend, throttle, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time. We maintain complete authority over our infrastructure and users must comply with all operational directives made by our administration team. Your continued use of the service signifies your agreement to these binding terms.
