Scope and participation
These standards govern collaborations with VividHub, including promotion, distribution, referrals, integrations, content, support, and access to VividHub systems. Any partnership agreement, order form, or documented commercial arrangement incorporates these standards unless it expressly states an approved amendment in writing.
Partner responsibilities
The partner should provide accurate information, use approved branding and links, follow applicable law and platform rules, protect credentials, avoid misleading claims, and promptly report abuse, compromise, or suspected policy violations. The partner may not sell, share, sublicense, reverse engineer, or alter VividHub materials unless VividHub has approved that activity in writing.
VividHub rules and updates
VividHub establishes and administers the partnership rules, technical requirements, brand standards, eligibility criteria, and safety controls. We may publish reasonable updates to protect users, comply with law, improve the service, or address abuse. Updated rules take effect on the date stated in the notice or, if no date is stated, seven days after publication. Any partnership agreement remains subject to these standards unless expressly amended in writing.
Seven-day response requirement
Partners are expected to acknowledge and substantively respond to a VividHub compliance, support, security, or operational request within seven (7) calendar days. If a longer investigation is needed, the partner should provide an interim status update within that window and a reasonable completion estimate. Silence, refusal to cooperate, or repeated missed deadlines may be treated as a material breach.
Confidentiality and security
Non-public keys, links, source, roadmap details, partner data, and operational information are confidential. The partner should use reasonable safeguards, restrict access to authorized personnel, and notify VividHub without undue delay after a suspected compromise. A partner remains responsible for activity performed through credentials it controls.
Brand, content, and conduct
Partner content should be truthful, professional, and consistent with the VividHub brand. Content may not impersonate VividHub, promise guaranteed results, target minors inappropriately, facilitate fraud, distribute malware, or encourage abuse of game, platform, or network systems. VividHub may require correction or removal of non-compliant content.
Breach, suspension, and remedies
For a breach, VividHub may suspend access, pause referrals, withhold unpaid benefits, require remediation, terminate the partnership, and preserve relevant records. Where permitted by applicable law, VividHub may demand $50 USD as an agreed administrative and enforcement charge for each material breach. The parties should state this amount in the partnership agreement; enforceability depends on the governing law and it should be reviewed as a reasonable estimate rather than an automatic penalty. VividHub also reserves any other lawful remedies, including recovery of additional losses where available.
Term and termination
Either party may end a partnership with written notice unless the partnership agreement states a different notice period. VividHub may suspend or terminate immediately for fraud, credential abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, serious reputational harm, or an uncured material breach. Confidentiality, payment, intellectual property, records, and dispute provisions survive termination where applicable.
Intellectual property
Each party retains its own intellectual property. VividHub grants only the limited, revocable permission stated in the applicable partnership agreement. No ownership, agency, employment, or authority to bind VividHub is created by a partnership unless expressly stated in writing.
Good-faith resolution
The parties should first attempt to resolve a disagreement through a written notice describing the issue and the requested cure. Nothing in this process prevents VividHub from taking immediate action to protect users, systems, confidential information, or legal rights.
