Absolute Discretion & Scope
VividHub maintains full authority over all partnership arrangements, promotions, and integrations. We reserve the right to accept, deny, suspend, or permanently terminate any partnership at our sole discretion, without providing a reason and without prior notice. Our operational decisions are final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Partners must operate with complete integrity. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for misleading claims, credential sharing, fraudulent behavior, or any activity that compromises our platform's security or reputation. Any suspected violation will result in immediate partnership revocation, permanent blacklisting, and where applicable, legal action.
Security & Compliance
Partners are strictly required to adhere to our security protocols. This includes safeguarding any provided access credentials, immediately reporting suspected breaches, and fully cooperating with our security audits. VividHub assumes no liability for partner-side security failures, and you accept full responsibility for any actions taken through your credentials.
Intellectual Property
All VividHub assets, including branding, code, APIs, and confidential information, remain the exclusive property of VividHub. Partners are granted a limited, revocable privilege to use approved materials solely for the duration of the partnership. We may withdraw this privilege instantly, at which point all materials must be immediately destroyed or returned.
Modifications & Updates
We may alter these partnership terms, modify our service offerings, or adjust revenue sharing and access tiers at any time. Partners are expected to monitor and comply with all updates immediately upon publication. Continued participation constitutes absolute acceptance of any revised terms.
